Aromatic leaves, purple square stem.
Used widely in Oriental cuisine, in well-known dishes such as Thai curry,
Tonkinoise soup, this basil has a hint of cinnamon. .
Sow seeds indoor 4 weeks before frost-free date.
Loves full sun, grows to 2 feet tall. Can be trained into topiary shape
and brought into your kitchen or sunroom in fall. Remove flower buds to
encourage leaf growth. |
